// Ingredients
2 OZBlanco tequila (100% agave)
1 OZCointreau or triple sec
0.75 OZFresh lime juice
0.5 OZAgave syrup
3–5Jalapeño slices — seeds in for max heat
RIMTajín or chili-salt
// Method
01Rim a rocks glass with lime and press into Tajín.
02Muddle jalapeño in shaker for 10 seconds.
03Add tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, agave syrup and ice.
04Shake hard for 15–20 seconds until the tin is very cold.
05Double-strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
06Garnish with lime wheel and jalapeño slice. Serve immediately.
▶ PRO: Swap blanco for mezcal + chipotle bitters for deep earthy heat.
